There is something about the 90s that just feels good! In my mind, 90’s R & B had everything to do with the 90s vibe being so unique. The music then is better than anything we are hearing on the radio today. I love some Toni Braxton, SWV, Xscape, and Mary J. Blige just to name a few.
It was a normal day at the thrift store. I was combing the isles rack by rack, hanger by hanger as per the usual. Just before finding this t-shirt, I was about to leave because I had found absolutely NOTHING. Much of my wardrobe consisted of t-shirts so before entering the store I told myself not to go look at t-shirts! Well, that didn’t happen because just before exiting the store I decided to scan the t-shirt section quickly.
When I found this t-shirt I literally singing Breathe Again in the middle of the isle! Toni Braxton, Living Legend…the price was right and the size was my size. As you can see, I hurried to the register and quickly forgave myself for buying yet another t-shirt!
I’ve paired this t-shirt with high waisted shorts, high waisted jeans typically tucked into my jeans. I also like to tie it in the front and/or back just to make it more special. Every time I wear this shirt I get so many compliments. All compliments are followed by a smile & “thank you, I got it from the thrift store”.
