These past few years have been an interesting ride for me. Through all the trials and tribulations I have grown closer to God. Its a good feeling to be walking in your purpose despite it all. My cup is overflowing with blessings on blessings on blessings.
I have learned to lean on God, and give him the space he needs to do what he does best…which is everything! Accepting that God is in total control can be a bit uncomfortable especially for those of us who think we can handle everything. However, there is comfort and confidence in knowing that his grace and mercies are infinite.
God just keeps on elevating my faith more and more. My Pastor, Dr. Marcus D. Cosby of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church says one can never have enough faith. Just when you think you’ve got faith you learn that you can always use more.
I encourage you to ELEVATE YOUR FAITH! Know that God is bigger than the disappointments and set backs. Believe that your faith no matter how small can move mountains. Have confidence in God and all that he is capable of doing.
Here are some ways to elevate your faith:
- Spend time with God (fast and pray)
- Hear God’s word
- Trust him
- Be strong (Not on your own…GOD is with you)
It is my prayer that God meets you wherever you are on your Faith walk. I pray that you are able to hear God’s word, and believe that he has got your back. Be strong and trust him…he’ll be there, right on time!
